GrowthGate’s relationship with its Portfolio Companies is premised on a long-term approach. The General Manager’s investment professionals along with industry savvy shareholders, act also as proactive Board members of the Portfolio Companies who are fully aware that corporate executives need operational autonomy. We want the managers of our Portfolio Companies to own the results of their decisions.
The Portfolio Companies selected by Keystone on behalf of GrowthGate assume prudent levels of debt that enable them to invest for growth and safely weather economic downturns. The General Manager’s investment professionals work closely with the Portfolio Companies’ senior executives to develop operating budgets that support research and development, capital spending, and acquisitions.
To cover the scope of its mandate for GrowthGate, the General Manager operates from offices in Dubai and Beirut.
